What is Sunrise Career Guidance’s lawful basis for processing your personal information?

Sunrise Career Guidance’s lawful basis for processing the personal data of private clients (individuals) is ‘Contract’: processing your data is necessary to deliver our services.

When working for schools and charities, Sunrise Career Guidance operates as a Data Processor, and the school or charity operates as the Data Controller.

If you place an order via our website, your payment card information is not held by us. It is collected by our third-party payment processors, PayPal, who are experts in the secure online capture and processing of credit/debit card transactions. We have no access to your bank account, PayPal account, or other personal data provided to these third-party processors. It is your responsibility to ensure that you are satisfied with the way in which the third-party processors will handle and process any data you provide to them.
