2. Choose how you will share your information:

When you place an order, you will be able to download a questionnaire. You can choose whether to complete the questionnaire in full or to share your information with me by telephone. Please email me at lis@sunrisecareerguidance.co.uk to let me know which approach works for you.

3. Receive CV draft:

Once you have shared your information (via questionnaire or by telephone), I will use this to create a draft of your new CV. I will aim to send this to you within 5 working days of receiving your information.

4. Feedback:

Your feedback is vital to ensure your new CV meets your needs. You are welcome to share feedback by telephone or email. I will use it to create a next draft for your review.

5. Refine:

I will work with you to refine your CV until you are completely happy with the results. We will collaborate, going back and forth, until you feel confident in and happy with each and every line. On completion, I will send you a final version in Microsoft Word and pdf formats.

6. Refresh:

If you have previously ordered a CV with Giraffe Professional Services and would like to refresh it, you may be interested in my update service. This service covers the creation of a fresh CV profile, addition of amy new experiences, editing of older job roles and reformatting for a smart and professional finish. Price on application.

Let me know who you would ideally like to read your LinkedIn profile and what you would like them to do as a result.

3. Review the Draft:

I will create and send you a Word document with draft content for your LinkedIn headline, About section, Experience, and Skills section, plus advice on other sections including background image, photo, and recommendations*.

4. Finalise & Upload:

Once the content is agreed and finalised, I will ask you to upload it to LinkedIn. I can review your refreshed profile online and recommend any further changes to support a complete and confident presence.

5. Please Note:

The service is not me uploading the content to your profile as it is against 8.2.1 of LinkedIn’s user agreement and could result in both our accounts being suspended.
